DO YOU RECOMMEND OTHER TRADE PROFESSIONALS?

We are a Design/Build firm, so we come with a construction crew for projects such as kitchens, baths, additions and more! We will also happily help you find and work together with trade professionals such as cabinet makers, carpet cleaners, glass specialists, etc. to complete work as needed for your design.

WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME OF A TYPICAL PROJECT?

Every project is unique and we do our best to work on your timeline! Depending on scope of work and the items and services needed., your project could last 4 weeks to 1 year. Furniture, building projects, and built-ins can take longer than usual due to nationwide demand in supplies and the time it takes to create beautiful custom creations! **Delivery times of items can vary widely, however, due to worldwide slow down in shipping and material availability after COVID. We do our best to specify in-stock or short-time-frame custom items only to avoid this delays.

WHAT ARE YOUR DESIGN FEES?

Every project is unique so we want to discuss with you your needs, wants, and dreams, and scope of work. Then we can work up a fee proposal for you with flat rates for each room, area and/or specific service. Our base flat rates can be found under Services.

WHAT IS YOUR PURCHASING PROCESS?

We are pleased to have trade relationships with over 80 vendors and counting including a knowledge of local stores. This allows us to offer you a discounted price upon purchasing through us on many items. We do mark-up products for purchase according to merchant guidelines, and we make every effort to offer you the best prices that can be found from reputable dealers!

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT MY DESIGNER?

Text is the fastest way, but we also respond to calls and emails as quickly as we can.
